By accessing or using WOU Frequency Music™ (the "Platform"), including the website and the WOU app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
Some features require an account created with a valid email address and password or with Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please report any suspected unauthorised use through the Contact page straight away.
WOU Frequency Music™ offers Free, Basic, Gold and Platinum plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe on the website or through Google Play in the WOU app and renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise the applicable charge at each renewal.
Upgrades take effect immediately and unused time on the current plan is credited automatically. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, with access continuing until then. Website subscriptions are managed in My Profile. Google Play subscriptions are managed in Google Play.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or by the rules of Google Play for app purchases.
Promotions such as the launch offer apply only as described at the time of the offer. Occasional free trials of a higher plan may be offered to some listeners. A free trial needs no payment details and the account returns to its current plan when the trial ends unless a subscription is chosen. Each plan can be tried once per account.
Free this week songs, free nature sounds, the listening streak and invite bonuses are offered as a courtesy. Rewards such as an earned streak song or a 7-day invite bonus have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are limited to genuine personal use. Invite bonuses are limited to 10 per account. Listening must be real listening and attempts to collect rewards by automated or artificial means may lead to rewards being removed. WOU Frequency Music™ may change or end these features at any time.
Platinum members may save songs for offline listening in the WOU app within the limits shown in the app, currently up to 24 songs on 1 phone. Saved songs are encrypted and play only inside the WOU app. They pause if the app has not been online for 30 days and play again once it is, and they are removed if the subscription ends or if misuse is detected. Free accounts in the WOU app are supported by ads.
All audio content, artwork, text, graphics and other materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to WOU Frequency Music™. Your plan grants a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to stream the audio content available under that plan for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without prior written consent. You may not download, rip, record or capture the audio streams by any means, other than the protected offline feature of the WOU app.
You agree not to use the Platform in any way that breaks applicable laws or regulations, infringes the rights of others or interferes with the operation of the Platform. This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems, modifying the WOU app, blocking or faking ads to obtain rewards, transmitting harmful code or any activity that disrupts or burdens the Platform.
The therapeutic frequency music and related content on the Platform are provided for general wellness purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. The information about frequency benefits is based on documented research, historical traditions and personal observation. Individual experiences may vary. Anyone with a medical condition should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using frequency-based therapies. Please do not listen in situations that need full attention if the music makes you drowsy.
WOU Frequency Music™ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties about the accuracy, reliability or completeness of the content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WOU Frequency Music™ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
You can delete your account at any time in My Profile, in the WOU app or as described on the Delete Account page. WOU Frequency Music™ may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms or harms the Platform or other users. Upon termination, the right to access the Platform ends immediately.
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page and continued use of the Platform after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
