By accessing or using WOU Frequency Music™ (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
WOU Frequency Music™ offers Free, Basic, Gold and Platinum subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method at the applicable rate until you cancel.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period.
All audio content, artwork, text, graphics and other materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to WOU Frequency Music™. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to stream the audio content available under your plan for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform for any commercial purpose without prior written consent. You may not download, rip, record or capture the audio streams by any means.
You agree not to use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, infringes upon the rights of others, or interferes with the operation of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its related systems, transmitting harmful code or engaging in any activity that disrupts or burdens the Platform.
The therapeutic frequency music and related content on this Platform are provided for general wellness purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. The information provided about frequency benefits is based on documented research, historical traditions and personal observation. Individual experiences may vary. If you have a medical condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before using frequency-based therapies.
WOU Frequency Music™ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability or completeness of the content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will cease immediately.
