Delete Your Account

1. Log in at woufrequencymusic.com.
2. Open My Profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete my account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm and select Delete permanently.

1. Open the WOU app and go to Profile.
2. Select Delete my account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Send a request through the Contact page using the email address of the account, with the subject Delete account. WOU Frequency Music^™ will confirm the request and delete the account within 7 days.

• The account and its email address
• Playlists, likes and listening history
• Streak progress, earned songs and invite rewards
• Songs saved for offline listening in the WOU app

A website subscription is cancelled straight away. Payment records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. A Google Play subscription must be cancelled in Google Play, as it is managed by Google.
