Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, our payment processor automatically calculates the unused time remaining on your current plan and credits that amount toward the cost of your new plan. This means you only pay the difference - you are never charged twice for time you have already paid for. Your billing cycle date remains the same. For example, if you are 6 months into a Basic yearly plan and decide to upgrade to Gold, you will receive a credit for the 6 months of Basic you have not yet used, and that credit is applied to reduce the cost of your Gold plan. Please note that upgrades are charged at the standard rate rather than promotional pricing.

Yes. You can downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings. When you downgrade, you will continue to enjoy your current plan and all its features until the end of your current billing period. Once that period ends, your account will automatically switch to the lower plan. This ensures you always get the full value of what you have already paid for.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings with no cancellation fees or penalties. When you cancel, you retain full access to all your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period. After that period expires, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan, which still gives you access to 5 songs. Your playlists and preferences are saved, so if you decide to resubscribe later, everything will be right where you left it.

On the web, all payments are securely processed through Stripe, one of the world's most trusted and widely used payment platforms. Stripe handles payments for companies like Google, Amazon and Shopify, so your card details are protected by the same level of security used by the largest companies in the world. We never see or store your card details on our own servers. For mobile app subscriptions, payments are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store using their respective secure billing systems.

Most mainstream streaming platforms apply heavy audio compression during their encoding process to reduce file sizes and save bandwidth. While this works fine for casual music listening, compression can alter the precise frequencies that are responsible for the therapeutic benefits in healing music. At WOU Frequency Music™, the audio files are not put through any additional processing or compression beyond what may occur as part of the standard digital encoding by the production software. The goal is to preserve the integrity of the healing frequencies as closely as possible to their original form, so that the therapeutic properties reach you as intended.
