How It All Began
It started when I learnt what frequencies are and the impact they had on our lives. I wanted to listen to genuine healing frequency music - specifically the therapeutic pure tone type. There were all sorts of them available on online platforms, but the question that kept nagging at me was: are these truly the healing frequencies they claim to be?
Understanding that our bodies are composed of around 70% water, I grew deeply concerned about the type of frequencies I was exposing myself to. Since I listen to music throughout the day, it became essential for me to be certain that what I was receiving was genuinely healing and positive.
That concern sparked a desire I could not ignore. I wanted to create my own frequency music so that I would truly know the healing frequencies were real and present in every track. The moment I sent out this thought to the universe, everything fell into place. The knowledge, the tools, the ability - they all aligned as if the universe was saying, "It is time."
And so the journey began - and it has never ended.
Understanding Vibration - Why Frequencies Matter
Everything in our universe vibrates. Every atom, every cell, every thought carries a frequency. This is not a metaphor - it is physics. And the frequency at which you vibrate determines what you attract into your life.
Consider a simple example from everyday life. When something smells unpleasant, it attracts flies and insects. When flowers bloom and release their sweet fragrance, they attract bees and butterflies. The flower does not chase the bee - it simply vibrates at a frequency (expressed through its scent, colour and energy) that naturally draws the bee toward it.
The same principle applies to us. When we are stressed, anxious or surrounded by dissonant frequencies, we vibrate at a lower state - and we tend to attract negative people and situations that resonate with that energy. When we are calm, positive and aligned with harmonious frequencies, we naturally draw in favourable situations, opportunities and even what many would describe as divine help. That said, vibration is one piece of a larger picture. Karma, divine timing and other unseen forces all play their part in shaping our experiences, and not everything aligns precisely when we desire it to. What we can control, however, is the frequency at which we choose to vibrate - and that alone makes a profound difference.
This is the fundamental law of resonance at work. A tuning fork struck at a specific pitch will cause another tuning fork of the same pitch to vibrate in response, even without physical contact. Your body works the same way - it resonates with the frequencies it is exposed to.

When it may have seemed like it was going to be beyond hope - wilting, drooping, wrinkled and in an obvious bad state - it began to perk up after consistent frequency music exposure combined with loving, positive intentions!
The transformation was undeniable. Plants do not lie. They simply respond to the frequencies they are receiving. When I saw the plant come back to life - upright, stronger, greener and visibly happier! - I knew the frequencies were genuinely healing.

Testing on Animals
I also extended the testing on animals. The results were equally astonishing. Just like plants, animals are incredibly reactive to frequencies - and they do not lie. Their responses were immediate and positive. They became calmer, more relaxed and visibly at ease when the frequency music started, not too long after playing!
Cymatics - The Visual Proof
I decided to take it one step further with cymatics - the science of making sound visible. When I tested my frequency music through a cymatic device, beautiful, coherent, symmetrical patterns formed in the medium. These patterns are the visual signature of harmonious, healing frequencies.
